Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Start Date: March 2026
Duration: 6-month contract
Days of Operation: Monday to Saturday
Hours of Operation: Flexible availability between 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers and provide high-quality service and support. Your responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service over the phone
Handling inbound customer inquiries
Making outbound follow-up calls
Assisting customers with troubleshooting, promotions, and complaints
Guiding customers through the application process
Following company policies and service standards
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or financial services environment
Previous financial customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with IVR systems is an asset
Ability to work on multiple systems at the same time
High attention to detail
