Are you a 442A Industrial Electrician with strong troubleshooting skills?
This opportunity involves working in a small, collaborative team where clear communication is key to getting the job done efficiently. You will be working with a manager who values open communication and supports both the team and the company.

Location: Brantford
Shift: Afternoons (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – must be able to train on days
Overtime: Available
License Required: 442A Industrial Electrician (Ticketed)
Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Complete projects with minimal supervision, showing a proactive attitude toward design and installation

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment; dismantle, inspect, repair, or replace defective parts

  • Set up and operate shop equipment such as lathes, power tools, drill presses, grinders, band saws, cutting torches, and welders

  • Use hand and pneumatic tools for repair and modification work

  • Install, repair, and modify hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Improve equipment reliability and uptime with a preventive maintenance mindset

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance

  • Valid 442A Industrial Electrician license

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including gearboxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC/DC drives, machine controls, instrumentation, welding/brazing, hydraulics, plumbing, pneumatics, and basic carpentry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • PC computer skills required; SAP experience is an asset
