This opportunity involves working in a small, collaborative team where clear communication is key to getting the job done efficiently. You will be working with a manager who values open communication and supports both the team and the company.
Location: Brantford
Shift: Afternoons (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – must be able to train on days
Overtime: Available
License Required: 442A Industrial Electrician (Ticketed)
Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Responsibilities
Complete projects with minimal supervision, showing a proactive attitude toward design and installation
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment; dismantle, inspect, repair, or replace defective parts
Set up and operate shop equipment such as lathes, power tools, drill presses, grinders, band saws, cutting torches, and welders
Use hand and pneumatic tools for repair and modification work
Install, repair, and modify hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Improve equipment reliability and uptime with a preventive maintenance mindset
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Valid 442A Industrial Electrician license
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including gearboxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC/DC drives, machine controls, instrumentation, welding/brazing, hydraulics, plumbing, pneumatics, and basic carpentry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PC computer skills required; SAP experience is an asset
