Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce
Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure productivity, quality, and cost control
Ensure all production activities follow occupational health and safety standards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing unit
Support strategic planning and execution of optimization and capital investment projects
Maintain strong working relationships through clear communication, daily floor presence, and logbook updates

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent communication skills with a people-focused and customer-oriented mindset
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and implement long-term solutions
Experience with systems such as SAP or Power BI is considered an asset
